WOMAN’S SELF-DEFENSE COURSE/ 女性護身術コース

We are happy to announce we are continuing in the Woman’s Self-defense classes in Asato Dojo 安里道場 from January. Starting from 5th of January of 2023, in even more structured way, in the form of 3months course! Every Thursday 18:30-20:00 in Asato dojo (Naha, Okinawa).

Little more info about this course:

– It’s dedicated woman’s only class

– Course is well suited even for absolute beginners or ones who would like to exercise a bit with focus on self-defense

– Class starts with extended warm-up, continues with dynamic stretching, and after that we usually focus on 2-3 situations of self-defense, according to the theme of class. At the end we cool down with the more static stretching.

– Techniques are often rooted in karate

– We are focusing on self-defense for women, improving flexibility, strength and stamina

– At the end of each month we recap the previous lessons and follow up on dedicated techniques

– The atmosphere in class is very warm and friendly

– Course is being taught in Japanese and English

– It’s all right to start anytime, even after beginning of the course or to try just few classes

– Every Thursday, 18:30-20:00 in Asato Dojo (Naha, Okinawa)

Course fee:

– 3 months course = 12 000¥ or,

– fee for 1 month = 4000¥ or,

– one class = 1000¥

日本語：1月から安里道場の護身術教室を継続しております｡ 2023年1月5日より、さらに体系的に、3ヶ月コースという形で始まります! 毎週木曜日 18:30-20:00 安里道場 (沖縄県那覇市)。

コースについての情報:

– 女性だけのクラス｡

– まったくの初心者や、護身術を中心に少し運動したい方にも適したコースです。

– クラスはウォームアップから始まり、ストレッチを続け、その後、クラスのテーマに従って、通常 2 ～ 3 の護身術に焦点を当てます。 最後に、より静的なストレッチでクールダウンします。

– 技は空手に根ざしていることが多い

– 女性の護身術、柔軟性、筋力、持久力の向上に力

– 毎月末に前回のクラスを復習し、専用の技を中心します。

– 友好的な雰囲気。

– コースは日本語と英語で教えられています｡

– コース開始後でも、いくつかのクラスを試すだけでも、いつでも大丈夫です。

– 毎週木曜日 18:30-20:00 安里道場 (沖縄県那覇市)。

コース料金：

– 3ヶ月コース = 12,000円 または、
